Your weekend wedding will allow you free and exclusive access to the venue from Friday afternoon 16:00pm until Sunday morning 11:00am.
For the Friday & Saturday evening all our accommodation will be available FREE OF CHARGE for any guests that has pre-arranged to stay over the night. Such arrangements must be made with the groom and bride and then all sleeping arrangements must be provided to the venue 14 days prior to the wedding weekend.
This gives the bride and groom the opportunity to decide who they will give the free accommodation to.
Our venue hosts 21 rooms and the rooms consist of:
5 Safari Tents:
Our tents all have electricity and wall plugs.
Each tent boasts with a double bed or 2 single beds and we can add another single bed or 2 depending on our brides requirements.
Bedding is included.
Tents are serviced by our ablution block.
Our cabins all have electricity and wall plugs.
Each cabin has a double bed or 2 single beds we can add more beds depending on the brides requirements.

Main House with 4 Bedrooms:
Our main house has 4 bedrooms each with a double bed or 2 single beds with bedding included. We can add a single bed depending on the brides requirements.
The house also has a open plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, 5 bathrooms and own private lapa.
Each chalet has a double bed or 2 single beds and own ensuite bathroom with bedding included.
Our bridal suite has a double bed with bathroom with a tub.
Our honeymoon suite is situated 1.5km from our venue at the Roratua Luxury Tented camp site. It is secluded and very private. Our bride and bridal party gets dressed at this site and is escorted to our chapel with a game viewer. Once the celebrations are over the bride and groom departs and spends the night here.
We can add beds and re-arrange rooms as per the bride and grooms requirements. Speak to our co-ordinator on the day of your viewing for more information.
For further accommodation to guests we have 5 venues all within a 2km radius from our main gate who can be contacted for further arrangements. This would be for the guests/bride and grooms own account. You can speak to your co-ordinator for contact information and details once your wedding date and booking with our venue is confirmed.
